Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives in the assigned region

The Opportunity
The Corporate Sales Manager is an important member of our Strategic Management team, ultimately responsible for ensuring customers are satisfied, revenue goals are met, and account managers across North American territories are managed, coached, and motivated. Specific duties of this role involve developing business strategy and execution of key areas of our business: achieving revenue goals, equipment needs and forecasting, developing partnerships with the operations and marketing teams to plan and execute deals.
As a member of the management team, the Corporate Sales Manager will have the opportunity to influence and make an impact in the company. Primary Job Duties:
- Manage a sales force of Account Managers to motivate, optimize performance, and ensure internal customer relationship expectations are maintained.
- Develop strategic roadmap and drive sales strategy, including target industry and ideal customer definition, as well as sales commission plans.
- Assess current sales team needs, hire and train the remainder of our nationwide sales force.
- Identify and establish long-term partner relationships to maximize sales penetration.
- Establish & sustain key account relationships, in line with Rig Source guidelines and principles.
- Review current contracts for major customers, lead contract renegotiations with Account Managers where necessary.

Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Elburn, IL
Job Type: Full-time
The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful management of work performed in the service area including scheduling, prioritizing, and monitoring all work performed in the assigned areas of responsibility. This position has a major responsibility to ensure the complete and total satisfaction of internal and external customers while continually striving to achieve all corporate goals. The Service Manager is responsible for the successful achievement of the Service Departments operational goals, including revenue, profitability, expense control, safety compliance, and effective collaboration with other internal service managers, internal company resources, and external customers to ensure that work is performed in alignment with the company vision, mission, and values.
This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing, and evaluating Service Technicians. The Service Manager will efficiently coordinate, schedule, and manage Service Technician’s time, while maintaining the work order process. This role will also communicate with the customer in regard to quotes, job status, and scheduling.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes regularly to assure efficient and high-quality work
- Increase service technician productivity levels
- Provide excellent customer service for all customers whether external and internal
- If technicians are having trouble completing service work in a timely fashion, aid as required to complete the job
- Manage the service department so that it provides appropriate levels of profit
- Manage service personnel so that they are adequately trained, alert, and available for work. Ensure that jobs are delegated to technicians as appropriate considering skill level. Effectively utilize current resources
- When repeat repairs are presented, give special attention as needed to make sure the issue is corrected
- Increase the volume of service work through effective management of technicians and processes
- Create monthly and annual goals for the service department in cooperation with the Service Writer
- Monitors technicians’ daily productivity reports
- Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability
- Initials all repair orders before submitting them, monitoring for sales and hours relative to expectations
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Informs repair technicians of time allowances on each repair order
- Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
- Knowledge of and experience in shop service management
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, machines, and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with employees and management
- Ability to think logically while interpreting and analyzing problems assigned or encountered
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Time management skills to develop plans for structuring self and others to attain maximum productivity by establishing deadlines, milestones, tasks, resources and achievement of goals and work results
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, approaches, and prevention of problems
- Directs the scheduling, and actual repair of customer-owned machines in the shop to increase revenue, profits, and overall customer awareness of our capabilities
- Implements and maintains an accurate, efficient, professional, and timely process for the work order system that will guarantee all quoting, invoicing, monitoring, and reporting will be performed in a manner that enhances our overall company image and profitability
Specific Duties Include:
- Demonstrate leadership in day-to-day management of the Service Technicians
- Assign and schedule jobs and work areas to Service Technicians according to their skills and knowledge
- Coach, mentor, and communicate job expectations to service department team members
- Lead and take ownership of management responsibility relating to hiring, performance management and overall people management with assigned Service Technicians
- Assist and support all aspects of the service department in support of the responsibilities of the Service Operations Manager
- Responsible for facilitating proper annual employee reviews, 1:1 meetings and quarterly meetings
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
- Keeps Service Coordinators informed of repair costs, job priorities, work progress and work schedules.

- Inspect equipment for repair needs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
