We may already have a buyer interested in purchasing your unit. If not, our Online Equipment Showroom is a cost effective way to advertise your equipment for sale.
What are your hours of operation?
In general, our hours of operation are Mon – Fri 7am to 5pm CST.
If I need to drop off or pick up a drill or carrier unit over the weekend or after hours, can Rig Source accommodate me?
Rig Source understands the value of customer service. That’s why we will always do all that we can to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Do you ship internationally?
Rig Source is experienced in shipping equipment, parts and tooling packages internationally. If you choose your own shipper, we will provide assistance with documentation handling and equipment loading.
What choices do I have when purchasing new equipment from Rig Source?
We offer a wide variety of new drilling equipment and crawler carriers including brand names such as, Atlas Copco, Diedrich, Geoprobe®, Morooka, IHI, and more. Soon, Rig Source will be able to offer Terramac crawler carriers.

What choices do I have when purchasing used equipment from Rig Source?
The choices are endless. We have a variety of units, brand names, and industry specific equipment to choose from.
What is the condition of your used equipment?
Some used units are refurbished “like new”, and others are not. When you purchase used equipment from Rig Source, you will have a good understanding of the condition of the unit. We will repair/refurbish per your request depending on your needs and budget.
Can I choose my own rig options and paint color?
Yes! We customize new or used units for you.
I don’t see what I am looking for. Are all of your offerings on your website showroom?
Not all units for sale are listed on our website. We receive new opportunities on a daily basis. It’s best to call and discuss your specific needs with one of our knowledgeable sales representatives.
Is there any warranty on Rig Source used equipment?
We offer a limited warranty on some used units. Most of our used equipment is sold “As-Is”. Our new units follow the manufacturer warranty.

How far in advance must I reserve my rental unit prior to delivery?
Contact Rig Source to request availability of rental unit as soon as you have a potential need. We typically have most units available for immediate rental.
Can I drop off a unit for Repair and Rent a similar unit from Rig Source?
Yes! We discount our rentals while your unit is being repaired by us.
Do you rent core drill rigs? If so, what brand and models?
Yes. We offer core drill rentals including, Atlas Copco, Boart Longyear, and Diedrich.
Do you rent crawler carriers with Cranes?
Yes, we rent crawler carriers with tiger cranes.
Do you refurbish Geoprobe® direct push units?
Yes. We refurbish Geoprobe® direct push units on a daily basis. We use only genuine Geoprobe® repair parts for our refurbishments.
Do you sell new Geoprobe® units?
New equipment sales are processed directly by Geoprobe®. We do sell quality gently used and refurbished units.
Do you sell Genuine Geoprobe® tooling and repair parts?
Yes! Call for more information and sales territory information.
Do you repair Geoprobe® direct push units?
Yes. We repair Geoprobe® units and we use genuine Geoprobe® parts.
Do you recharge Geoprobe® direct push hammers?
Yes! Our repair & maintenance facility offers recharge GH hammer service or replacement.
If I am unsure what is wrong with my machine, will your service department assist me in trouble shooting the problem?
Yes, our service department will assist you with trouble shooting your drill or crawler carrier unit. We have a network of helpful information and a wealth of knowledge. If for some reason we can not assist you, we will recommend someone who can.
Do you sell crawler carrier repair parts and replacement tracks?
Yes, Rig Source offers replacement tracks and undercarriage parts.
I am interested in having my drill rig put on a new truck, can you do remounts?
Yes. We will remount on new, used or customer owned units.
I do not have an account with Rig Source can I still place an order?
Yes. The order is placed with a credit card. A credit application is required at time of order.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks, and all major credit cards including, MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and Discover.
What are the typical payment terms for a rental unit?
Rental payments are due up front and prior to rental unit pick-up/release.
