Rental Coordinator


Full time Rental Coordinator position for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and drilling rig knowledge capable of coordinating all incoming and outgoing equipment rentals.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinates heavy equipment rentals from start to finish on a daily basis with customers and internal staff.
  • Coordinates all logistics for heavy equipment to and from customer location or job site. Maintain, log, and file all shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Contract processing, quote generation and follow up.
  • Assures all customers (internal and external) are receiving excellent customer service and effective communication is being practiced daily to maintain consistent and accurate rental operations.
  • Responsible for following-up on all rental leads including customer contact.
  • Establishes and maintains company rental leads and customers in the Salesforce data base software program.
  • Willingness to learn in depth details of various rental equipment (drills and carriers) to provide the customer with the best make/model for specific projects.
  • Take full responsibility for the flow and process of all equipment. This includes check in’s, check out’s and equipment returns. Work with shipping/receiving and service department to assure proper check in of rental units upon return from rent (including digital picture documentation) and open work orders for check-in process. Assure that all damage is discussed and invoiced to the customer within 48 hours.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in rentals or heavy equipment
  • Driver’s License – must meet insurance underwriting requirements
  • Drilling knowledge preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with technical detail
  • Literacy in math, computers and negotiations
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and maintain positive relations
  • Must have strong organizational skills including time management and presentation
  • Must maintain professionalism in fast paced environment at all times

Office Coordinator


Full time Office Coordinator position for friendly and intuitive individual with enthusiasm to assist customers and colleagues with general administrative and clerical work.

Job Duties:
  • Greet and direct visitors to their destination
  • Answer phones, screen and direct calls in a friendly manner
  • Log communication and relay messages promptly
  • Provide information to fulfill basic inquiry requests to customers
  • Offer general administrative and clerical support
  • Learn and master phone system
  • Organize and maintain company calendar
  • Effectively communicate company plans with staff
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate company meetings and catering services
  • Monitor, maintain and order office supplies & promotional items
  • Prepare correspondences and documents according to company policy
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
